Job Overview:

  • This role involves leading and overseeing a team of financial advisors, ensuring they meet performance targets and comply with best practices.
  • The ideal candidate will provide mentorship and guidance to team members, from junior/trainee advisors to seasoned IFAs, to support their professional growth.
  • The highest standards of client service and support throughout the team will be upheld.
  • Cultivating and managing strategic partnerships with external entities to enhance business prospects is also an essential part of this role.
  • Identifying and implementing process enhancements to boost team efficiency and efficacy is crucial for success.
  • The Annual Reviews process and competitive activities within the team will be managed.
  • Broad leadership assistance across the organization as directed by senior management may be required.
  • Sharing knowledge and insights with colleagues to contribute to overall team accomplishments is expected.
  • Supporting and guiding a team of Administrators and Report Writers is also an important responsibility.

 

Requirements:

  • An IFS Level 4 Diploma qualification for Financial Advisors (or equivalent) is necessary.
  • Proven ability to inspire and coach teams to deliver exceptional service alongside consistent commercial performance is essential.
  • Proficiency in performance management and delivering tailored financial advice is required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with meticulous attention to detail are necessary.
  • The ability to adapt to new environments and work effectively under pressure is crucial.
  • A thorough understanding of wealth planning processes, products, and protocols is required.
  • Experience in establishing and nurturing third-party relationships to drive business growth is necessary.

Salary: An estimated salary range of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
