Executive Culinary Director

We are seeking an Experienced Executive Culinary Director in Leeds to oversee the operations of a leading Contract Catering Company at a school.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team, ensuring the delivery of top-quality food and exceptional service to up to 250 children. Key responsibilities include menu planning, inventory management, staff supervision, and financial control. As the lead culinary professional, you'll bring creativity, flair, and originality to make this one of the best school dining experiences in the area.

This term-time-only role offers a competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for career growth and professional development.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a senior chef or culinary manager in a similar environment
• Degree in culinary arts or related field
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
