About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Lead to join our team at MTrec Technical. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our maintenance activities, providing leadership and guidance to our maintenance team, and ensuring that all maintenance activities are carried out in a safe and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the maintenance team, ensuring that all maintenance activities are carried out in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Develop and implement maintenance plans and schedules to ensure that all maintenance activities are carried out in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Monitor and report on maintenance activities, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary.
  • Ensure that all maintenance activities are carried out in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Provide training and development opportunities to maintenance team members to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge required to carry out their roles effectively.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in a maintenance leadership role.
  • Proven track record of success in leading maintenance teams and improving maintenance performance.
  • Strong knowledge of maintenance principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
