We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Clinical Research Specialist to join our rheumatology research team at the Royal United Hospitals Bath NHS Foundation Trust. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to contribute to our team's research endeavors and make a meaningful impact in the field of rheumatology.
Key Responsibilities
- Support all aspects of trial organisation, from set-up to completion, as an integral member of the clinical research team.
- Maintain and develop clinical skills, including venepuncture, blood sample processing, and ECG recording.
- Engage in direct patient contact and communicate effectively with patients, researchers, and other stakeholders.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of research protocols and procedures.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse and State Registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council or Diploma/Degree in a relevant area.
- Good Clinical Practice Certification and knowledge of clinical research practices.
