Job Title: Children\u0027s Home Registered Manager

We are seeking an experienced and passionate individual to join our team as a Children\u0027s Home Registered Manager at New Beginnings Young People\u0027s Care and Support Services.

About the Role:

As a Children\u0027s Home Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our residential care home, ensuring the highest standards of care and support for our young people.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of staff to deliver high-quality care and support services
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of our young people
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and standards
  • Collaborate with external agencies to provide a comprehensive support network for our young people

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 2 years\u0027 experience in a position relevant to residential care of children
  • At least 1 year\u0027 experience in a role requiring supervision and management of staff
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A passion for working with children and young people
