About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Midwife to join our team at Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our midwifery team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, evidence-based care to women and their families.
Main Responsibilities- Assess the needs of women, partners, families, and carers, and develop individualized care plans.
- Deliver and evaluate standards of midwifery care, ensuring the highest level of patient satisfaction and safety.
- Provide full antenatal care, including parenting classes, clinical examinations, and screening, to promote healthy outcomes for mothers and babies.
- Identify high-risk pregnancies and develop strategies to mitigate risks and ensure optimal care.
- Registered Midwife with a degree or diploma in nursing.
- Minimum of 12 months paid experience as a Midwife within the last 2 years.
- Statement of NMC Registration and copy of Neonatal Rhesus and CTG training certificates.
