Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Selling Assistant. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding customer service and support to customers in-store and online.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our products and services to effectively advise customers.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Proactively engage with customers to identify opportunities to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive store environment, promoting a culture of teamwork and respect.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in retail or sales.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Basic knowledge of sales principles and techniques, with a willingness to learn and develop skills.
