Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Novoexec. This is a home-based UK role with regular business travel to all parts of the UK and Continental Europe.

The successful candidate will enjoy a stimulating and rewarding high profile role with career progression potential within a genuinely exciting and pioneering business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the company's European customer base through channel partners, key accounts and direct to customer.
  • Focus on increasing revenue for conventional and renewable power solutions.
  • Nurture relationships with existing clients and analyse sales data to identify areas for growth and improvement.

Requirements:

  • Graduate or graduate calibre with a Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, or any relevant field.
  • Minimum of 10 years' experience with ideally 5 years' experience in a senior role in the conventional or renewable industry.
  • Relevant industry experience could be construction equipment, pumps heating and ventilation equipment, equipment rental, excavating and lifting equipment.
  • Significant new business development on an international scale.
  • Significant knowledge of the energy and/or industrial electro/mechanical products market and the competitive landscape in the sector.

Salary: £80,000 - £100,000 per annum depending on experience.
