Job Description

As a skilled Maintenance Technician - Electrical Specialist, you will be responsible for performing reactive maintenance and project work across various locations. This role requires an experienced electrician who can survey, assess, and design electrical systems.

The ideal candidate will have City & Guilds or NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent), 17th/18th Edition Wiring Regulations qualification, and 2391 Testing & Inspection certification (preferred but not essential). A full UK Driving License (no more than 6 points) is also required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Survey and assess existing electrical installations
  • Design and verify electrical systems
  • Inspect and test in commercial settings
  • Install consumer units and sub-mains
  • Fault find and install on 3-phase systems
  • Install new power systems
  • Carry out 1st and 2nd fix electrical work

This position offers a salary of up to £41,500 per annum, depending on experience, with paid overtime opportunities. You will receive a company vehicle, phone, laptop, and fuel card, as well as full uniform and PPE provided.

Requirements:

  • City & Guilds or NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent)
  • 17th/18th Edition Wiring Regulations qualification
  • 2391 Testing & Inspection certification (preferred but not essential)
  • Full UK Driving License (no more than 6 points)
  • Relevant hands-on experience and great customer service
