Commercial Building Surveyor Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Building Surveyor to join our team at Bennett and Game Recruitment LTD. As a leading technical recruitment agency, we are committed to delivering exceptional results for our clients and candidates.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Building Surveyor to work on a variety of projects in the commercial sector. You will be responsible for delivering services including commercial property surveys, dilapidations, and project management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as building surveyor on commercial projects from inception to completion, liaising with team members and clients as necessary.
  • Lead own commissions and oversee others for commercial sector schedules of dilapidations, PPMs, condition surveys, and pre-acquisition building surveys.
  • Prepare specifications and documents to enable projects to be tendered and to gain accurate costs from contractors.
  • Assess tenders and make recommendations to clients.
  • Work closely with our Building Surveying Director in managing, supporting, and delivering great work within the team.
Requirements
  • Degree/Masters in Building Surveying.
  • MRICS qualified.
  • Varied project experience including commercial projects.
  • Project Management experience.
