About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in providing high-quality care and support to young people in a residential setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide daily care and support to young people, including attending appointments, education, cleaning, cooking, and engaging in activities.
  • Ensure a safe and nurturing environment that encourages children and young people to develop and grow.
  • Encourage positive choices and milestones, and provide support and guidance as needed.
  • Complete daily paperwork to a high standard and liaise with professional networks, including Social Workers, Police, and Mental Health Services.
  • Build positive relationships with young people, meeting their needs and safeguarding their well-being.
  • Work collaboratively with the Registered Manager to provide the highest standards of care and supervision.
Requirements
  • Full UK driving licence
  • QCF Level 3/4 in Children's Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards)
  • Satisfactory probation period
