**About the Role**

Metis Search is seeking an experienced Investor Relations Analyst to join our client, a global Private Equity firm in London, in their Fundraising and Investor Relations team.

As an Investor Relations Analyst, you will be involved in all aspects of Fundraising across their Buyout and Growth strategies, working closely with the Head of Investor Relations. You will support Project Management and managing relationships with existing Limited Partners (LPs).

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Support Fundraising across several asset classes/strategies, including Private Equity and Growth Capital.
  • Develop and produce high-quality presentations and marketing materials for both existing and potential LPs.
  • Manage relationships with existing LPs on portfolio performance and new investments, ensuring timely and effective communication.

**Requirements:**

  • 2-3 years of experience in Investor Relations, Placement Agent, or Investment Banking.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with LPs and internal stakeholders.
