We are seeking an experienced Bid Manager to join our team at Michael Page Marketing. As a Bid Manager, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of the bid process, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, and driving sales growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate all aspects of the bid process, including bid planning, bid writing, and bid presentation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring excellent communication and customer service.
  • Develop and implement strategic bid plans to drive sales growth and increase market share.
  • Conduct competitor analysis to stay ahead in the industry and identify new business opportunities.
  • Provide bid status updates to the senior management team and ensure compliance with all company and industry regulations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a Bids role, either Bid Writing or Management roles. More experienced profiles will also be considered.
  • Exceptional client relationship management skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven track record in managing successful bids and strong leadership skills.
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and ability to work as part of a team.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary range - from £40,000 - £48,000 dependent on experience.
  • Holiday entitlement of 25 days.
  • Hybrid working - up to 3 days working from home.
