We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SEN Primary Tutor to join our team at Remedy Education in Wokingham. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of helping SEN children build their confidence and achieve academic progress.
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and passionate educator to make a real difference in the lives of our students. As a SEN Primary Tutor, you will be responsible for providing high-quality education and support to children with special educational needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering engaging and effective lessons to small groups of SEN children.
- Developing and implementing personalized learning plans to meet the individual needs of each student.
- Maintaining accurate records of student progress and adapting teaching strategies as needed.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience working in the UK as a qualified teacher (PGCE or QTS).
- Extensive experience working with SEN children and a deep understanding of their needs.
- Knowledge of the Core Primary Series curriculum.
Salary:
The salary for this role is £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Location:
This position is based in Wokingham, with regular travel to surrounding areas.
