About the Role

We are seeking an experienced operational leader to join our team as a Licensing Operations Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the Licensing team, which covers a wide range of licensing functions including Licensing Act 2003, gambling, taxi, and Environmental Health licensing.

The post holder will be involved in service redesign, database migration work, and policy formation. They will also be responsible for delivering on targets and performance management.

The role offers flexibility in terms of hybrid working at home and in the office.

About You

We are looking for an experienced operational leader with extensive knowledge and understanding of local authority Licensing services, with experience of working at a senior level.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience in delivering on targets and performance management.
