Your Opportunity

We are currently seeking a Test Centre Administrator to join our Edinburgh-based team on a permanent part-time basis. This role requires a minimum of 10 hours per month, with flexibility to work different days and times. The pay rate is £15-18 per hour, paid monthly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing excellent customer service at all times
  • Processing candidates' sign-in and explaining the test process to them
  • Administering and invigilating tests
  • Ensuring all compliance standards relating to the test centre operation and security protocols are adhered to
  • General housekeeping

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent timekeeping skills and be a friendly and professional team player. Experience in using computers, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook), is preferred. You will also need to be flexible, willing to work different days and times, and able to travel to other test centres to provide support.
