Job Title: Commercial Estates Surveyor - Interim Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Estates Surveyor to join our team on an interim basis. As a key member of our property team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial properties, including restaurants, retail units, and community centres.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing Code Agreements, Rent Reviews, Lease Renewals, and General Management Queries/Issues
  • Preparing and presenting summaries for legal documentation
  • Serving as a point of contact for property issues and projects
  • Analysing and manipulating data via client database

Requirements:

  • Significant experience working with commercial properties and managing large portfolios
  • Experience working with or for a Local Authority
  • RICS accreditation
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team
  • Strong advisory skills on property matters and financial models

Working Arrangements:

  • Inside IR35
