We are looking for a skilled Clinical Therapist to join our team at Central and North West London NHS Foundation Trust. As a Senior Psychologist, you will play a key role in delivering patient-focused quality care to men in custody and those who have experienced trauma, adversity, and offending.

Main Duties

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality, specialist applied psychology services to clients, their families, or carers. They will also support psychological practice within the team through consultation, supervision, formulation, and training.

You will be working with a multidisciplinary team to provide timely and trauma-informed systems of care. The role involves providing specialist assessments of clients presenting with cognitive impairment due to various causes or organic conditions.

Key Requirements
  • A recognised postgraduate qualification in Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapy (or equivalent), accredited by the BABCP.
  • Experience of teaching, training, and/or supervision.
  • High-level knowledge of models of assessment, management, and treatment of those in the criminal justice system with mental health difficulties and personality disorders.

The estimated salary for this role is £**55,000-£65,000** per annum, depending on experience. The location is Milton Keynes (MK4 4DA).
