Job Title: Senior Business Analyst, EMEA

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our EMEA team. As a key member of our commercial finance team, you will play a critical role in shaping our pricing strategies to drive future growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Pricing Strategy Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop data-driven pricing strategies that align with business objectives on a regional level and respective market opportunities.
  • Workforce Planning: Help shape the future evolution of the workforce and the impact of AI. Utilize advanced financial modeling techniques to evaluate pricing scenarios and assess profitability across service offerings.
  • Performance Measurement/Analytics: Establish KPIs to monitor the effectiveness of pricing strategies. Regularly analyze performance data to identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Risk Assessment/Mitigation: Assess risks associated with pricing changes, including competitive response and impact on profitability. Develop effective mitigation strategies.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive initiatives to improve the effectiveness and agility of pricing processes. Conduct research to identify emerging trends, pricing strategies, and market dynamics that impact the professional services sector.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience as a Financial Controller, Financial Director, or Senior Business Analyst.
  • Must have experience within the professional services industry (or adjacent industries).
