Role Overview

What will your responsibilities entail?

We are in search of a skilled professional to join our Audit team in our Bristol office. You will play a key role in planning, executing, and finalizing the audit process for each engagement.

As an Assistant Audit Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Engaging in regular communication with clients to confirm progress, address challenges, and manage expectations effectively.
  • Identifying and highlighting potential opportunities for Evelyn Partners based on your work.
  • Assisting in the training and development of junior team members.
  • Completing assessment forms for the audit team.
  • Conducting work in accordance with Evelyn Partners' audit and assignment protocols.
  • Drafting accounts/reports and completion memos (including identifying control weaknesses or areas for improvement) for managerial review.

Qualifications

To excel in this position, you should possess:

  • ACA/ACCA qualification or equivalent.
  • Proven audit experience acquired within a professional services environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both internally and with clients.
  • Demonstrated experience in supervising others and delegating tasks.
  • Proven ability to organize yourself and others to manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
