As a Certificated Enforcement Agent, you will be responsible for executing Court orders to obtain payments on behalf of our local authority clients.
You will travel to various addresses within your local area to identify the financial circumstances of debtors and request payment in full or set up affordable repayment arrangements.
You will also be required to confidentially and tactfully make enquiries with neighbours if debtors have moved or left a property.
Additionally, you will identify and assess vulnerability and signpost debtors to support services if required.
You will liaise with office-based colleagues regarding active cases and oversee payments received for cases allocated to you.
