About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Static Multi-skilled Engineer to join our team at the QE2 Centre in London. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for carrying out Planned Preventative Maintenance, Reactive and emergency breakdown tasks, and ensuring that all tasks are completed within contractual time scales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carrying out Planned Preventative Maintenance and completing associated paperwork and electronic reports.
  • Carrying out Reactive and emergency breakdown tasks and completing the appropriate paperwork.
  • Being on call to provide full out-of-hours cover for our clients.
  • Assisting other team members when required or as directed by the Account Manager.
  • Overseeing visiting sub-contractors to ensure they meet our standards of work and Health and Safety.
  • Adopting a flexible attitude to assist on other properties within our portfolio.
  • Carrying out all duties in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Completing all work-related documentation accurately and on time.
  • Carrying out work in a safe and diligent manner.
  • Complying with all Health and Safety policies and procedures.
Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with qualifications in HVAC and/or Electrical disciplines, with experience of HVAC and electrical maintenance, testing, and fault finding on a variety of equipment. Strong customer care focus, a clean driving license, good communication skills, and a proactive approach are also essential.
