Senior End User Computing Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior End User Computing Specialist to join our team at Prosource in Aberdeen or London. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering the Audio Visual (AV) & End User Computing (EUC) scope of work as part of a new office project.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with third-party vendors to ensure the deployment of AV solutions meets company standards and provide guidance on all aspects of installation.
  • Create and update user guides for deployed AV solutions.
  • Update process documentation related to the new AV services, including routine maintenance requirements.
  • Plan and lead the deployment of end-user equipment.
  • Provide support for the user move to the new office.
  • Support the onsite deployment of the new Canon managed print solution.
  • Update desktop client configurations/policies required as part of the move.

Requirements:

  • Experience in configuring Microsoft Teams Room Systems, ideally using Logitech and Neat products.
  • Intune, including Android device management.
  • Teams administration and monitoring.
  • Experience of supporting Dell end-user hardware.
