Job Title: SEN Tutor

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Tutor to provide individualized support and guidance to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in a school setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement tailored learning plans based on students' specific needs
  • Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment for all students
  • Assess students' progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure students' needs are met
  • Maintain accurate records of students' progress and achievements
Requirements:
  • Previous experience working with students with SEN
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet individual learning styles
  • Understanding of SEN support strategies and interventions
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Relevant qualification in Education or Special Educational Needs
  • Prior experience working in a similar role with SEN students
Working Conditions:

The role involves working part-time hours on a temporary basis, providing support to students with SEN in a school setting. The environment may vary, but a compassionate and patient approach is required to meet the needs of each individual student.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position, with the option to make it permanent at a later date.
