Nurse Care Coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at a leading care home in Cambridge, Cambridgeshire. As a Nurse Care Coordinator, you will be responsible for leading a team of care staff to deliver exceptional care to our residents.
The successful candidate will have a current active NMC Pin and a passion for delivering great care and supporting residents and their families. Key duties include:
- Producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments
- Maintaining accurate documentation and resident records
- Overseeing all aspects of medicine management
- Supporting and guiding team members in line with the NMC Code
The ideal candidate will be a team player who engages well with others and has excellent communication skills. In return for your hard work and commitment, you will receive a competitive salary of £22.60 per hour and a range of benefits, including enhanced pay on bank holidays and a contributory pension scheme.
