Your Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Waste Water Adoptions Site Inspector to join our team. As a Waste Water Adoptions Site Inspector, you will be responsible for ensuring that developers install adoptable waste water infrastructure to an acceptable standard.

Key Responsibilities

  • Liaise with developers to ensure compliance with approved plans and regulations.
  • Inspect and survey drains and sewers to identify any defects or issues.
  • Produce inspection reports and identify remedial works required.
  • Support the Head of Waste Water on regional waste water adoption enquiries.
  • Assist in budget planning and forecasting for waste water adoption activities.
  • Lead on new assets handover, ensuring all relevant records and agreements are in place.

Your Skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
  • Good attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Knowledge of design and installation of wastewater distribution networks.
