As a Behaviour Management and Intervention Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting students with challenging behaviours and SEMH needs. You will work collaboratively with the school's SEND team to develop and implement effective behaviour management strategies and provide targeted support to students.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supporting students with challenging behaviours in their learning journey
• Implementing behaviour management strategies and positive reinforcement techniques
• Assisting the class teacher in creating an inclusive learning environment
• Liaising with parents, carers, and external professionals to ensure student progress

The ideal candidate will have experience working with children with challenging behaviours or SEMH needs, possess strong behaviour management skills, and be confident working 1:1 and in small groups, providing targeted support. A Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification is preferred but not essential.

Estimated Salary: £85-£100 per day.
