Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for examining the integrity of deposited code, ensuring it meets our high standards of security and quality, while also maintaining accurate records and reports.

  • Perform thorough examinations of Escode deposits to verify their contents are virus-free and accessible, adhering to industry best practices.
  • Update relevant business systems following examination, guaranteeing seamless integration and efficient operations.
  • Liaise with contracted parties and internal departments to address issues during the material depositing process, fostering open communication and collaborative problem-solving.
  • Liaise with Escode Legal team on sensitive data or compliance requirements, ensuring adherence to regulatory guidelines.
  • Conduct Verification exercises within your skillset, maintaining precision and accuracy.
  • Produce Examination Reports, meeting accredited standards for reliability and validity, enhancing transparency.
  • Liaise with contracted parties to address questions related to Examination, providing expert guidance and support.
  • Liaise with finance/invoicing teams to raise invoices for chargeable work, simplifying financial processes.
  • Handle requests to release or destroy deposits with Deposit Operations team, ensuring secure and efficient management.
  • Manage inbound customer queries, responding promptly and professionally.

  • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail, underpinning quality assurance.
  • Confident, clear communication skills, fostering effective collaboration and open communication.
  • Excellent time management skills, prioritizing tasks sensibly to meet deadlines and deliver results.
  • Knowledge and experience of common operating systems, supporting cross-platform compatibility.
  • Understanding of virtualisation, with a focus on VMware, optimizing resource allocation and efficiency.
  • Educated to A-Level/Degree level in IT, computing or relevant discipline, underpinning technical competence.
Salary Information

$70,000 - $90,000 per annum, depending on location and experience, reflecting the company's commitment to fair compensation.
