Purpose and Scope

We're seeking an experienced Digital Outreach Executive to join our growing team at Paired. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for social media marketing, creativity, and analytical thinking. As a key member of our team, you'll develop and implement social media strategies to engage users, drive brand awareness, and foster a strong online community.

Key Responsibilities

You'll be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing social media plans to maximize reach and engagement
  • Collaborating with our creative team to produce engaging content that resonates with our audience
  • Managing social media content calendars to ensure timely posting and consistent branding
  • Maintaining a strong online presence through proactive engagement with followers
  • Analyzing social media metrics to inform data-driven decisions and optimize performance

Requirements and Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of experience in senior social media roles or equivalent
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices
  • Excellent analytical, project management, and communication skills
  • Creative thinking and ability to develop innovative content ideas
  • Passion for social media marketing and staying up-to-date on industry trends
