Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Administrator to provide day-to-day administrative support to our Operations/Production department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure accurate and timely production paperwork for customer orders.
  • Liaise with Sales team and customers to maintain smooth information flow regarding orders.
  • Utilize SAP system to complete production paperwork, ensuring stock activity accuracy and customer order dispatch.
  • Address delivery issues with customers, obtaining PODs as required.
  • Coordinate with warehouse staff and customers for order collection.
  • Perform general administrative duties, including filing, printing, and scanning.
  • Assist with goods returned procedure and customer complaints as necessary.
  • Support logistics requirements, including purchase orders, commercial invoices, and courier organization.
Requirements:
  • Proficient in Microsoft packages, including Outlook, Word, and Excel, as well as SAP Systems.
  • Experience working in an office environment.
  • Willingness to learn and a can-do attitude.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Good numeracy skills.
  • Ability to build rapport with people at all levels.
