As a Production Operative / Manufacturing Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating a range of machinery to ensure production schedules and quality standards are met.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Operating various manufacturing machinery and equipment
- Following established procedures and quality standards
- Performing routine maintenance and inspections
- Monitoring production output and identifying any issues
- Working collaboratively with other team members to achieve production targets
Requirements
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred but not essential
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Good communication and teamwork skills
