Cardiac Physiologist

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Cardiac Physiologist to join our team at NHS Professionals Limited. As a key member of our Cardiology department, you will be responsible for performing echocardiograms and Pacemaker clinics, using highly specialized Percutaneous Coronary Interventions, and assisting doctor-led exercise tolerance testing.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Physiologist or equivalent to take their career to the next level. You will have the chance to work with a highly skilled team, utilizing your expertise in diagnostic test areas and reporting clinical information for referring consultants.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform echocardiograms and Pacemaker clinics
- Use highly specialized Percutaneous Coronary Interventions, such as ECG, pressure wires, and oxygen saturation
- Assist doctor-led exercise tolerance testing
- Analyze, monitor, and report clinical information for referring consultants
Person Specification
Qualifications
- BSc in Clinical Physiology
Experience
- Relevant clinical experience as a Senior Physiologist or equivalent
- Experience reporting more than one specialist Cardio-Respiratory service
- Proven exposure to diagnostic test areas
