About the Role:

  • We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lettings Negotiator / Senior Lettings Negotiator to join our team at Kings Permanent Recruitment for Estate Agents & Financial Services Professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • As a Lettings Negotiator / Senior Lettings Negotiator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients and tenants, negotiating lettings agreements, and managing the lettings process from start to finish.
  • You will work closely with our team to achieve sales and lettings targets, and contribute to the growth and success of our business.
  • Key attributes include a successful track record in lettings, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive basic salary of £25,000 with realistic on-target earnings of £40,000.
  • A flexible working schedule with 9.30am to 5.30pm working hours and occasional Saturdays by appointment only.
