About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Academic in Clinical Health to join our team at RNN Group. As a Clinical Health Educator, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding teaching and assessment in Levels 1-5 Health & Social Care, with a focus on T-Levels in Health and Science.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver excellent teaching, completing relevant preparation and marking to support student learning.
  • Set SMART targets to enable students to reach their potential.
  • Develop creative resources to inspire outstanding learning and monitor learner progress to promote positive outcomes.
  • Work effectively with colleagues and management to achieve strategic and organisational objectives.
Requirements
  • Vocational health-related qualification at Level 3 or above.
  • Relevant teaching qualification and assessors award, or willingness to work towards.
  • Level 2 (or equivalent) qualification in English and Maths, or willingness to work towards.
