We're seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our frontline administration team as a Senior Group Protection Insurance Specialist.
Our Group Protection team is committed to helping people during challenging times, providing essential support and protection when they need it most.
- You will provide exceptional customer service, resolving queries, processing scheme renewals, and maintaining strong relationships with our intermediaries.
- You will be responsible for owning, building, and maintaining relationships with our panel of intermediaries to retain existing business and contribute to winning new business.
- Excellent Microsoft application skills, particularly in Excel, are essential for this role.
What you'll get:
- Salary starting at £29,211, depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications.
