Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join Next Geosolutions as a Procurement Specialist.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing, drafting, and negotiating contracts for various projects.

You will work closely with project teams to ensure compliance with legal standards and company policies.

This role requires strong negotiation and communication skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors
  • Ensuring compliance with legal standards and company policies
  • Liaising with project teams to resolve contractual and commercial issues
  • Developing strong relationships with clients and suppliers
  • Supporting project managers in interpreting and executing contract terms

Requirements:

  • Experience in the marine and/or offshore energy industry (beneficial)
  • Familiarity with industry standard form contracts (LOGIC, NEC, FIDIC etc.) (distinct advantage)
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams
