About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Integration Engineer to join our team at Oxa Autonomy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the deployment and validation of our software applications on safety-critical hardware, both on vehicles and on HiL rigs.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure HiL facilities meet the validation needs of our safety-critical components.
  • Develop tooling to capture, process, and extract metrics from data generated from testing, to track performance.
  • Author requirements and test cases.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Demonstrable experience of software testing.
  • Proficiency in Python.
  • Familiarity with Linux OS and running apps from the command line.
  • HiL experience, possibly using tools like dSpace and national instruments.
  • Data analysis experience.
  • Experience with simulation testing.
  • Background in engineering.
  • Experience writing requirements and test cases.

Desirable Skills

  • Robotics experience.
  • Developer experience in C++ or other languages.
  • Experience in Functional Safety or SOTIF.
  • Experience deploying to constrained hardware, such as NVIDIA Orins.
  • Masters/PhD in robotics.
  • Familiarity with CAN and other network protocols.
