Nursery Leader

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nursery Leader to join our team at Footsteps Stafford Nursery & Pre-School. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality childcare and education to children from birth to 5 years.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide a stimulating and purposeful environment for children to learn and develop.
- Enhance the daily needs of children, including their physical, intellectual, social, and emotional development.
- Assist staff in updating the EyLog system and child learning journals.
- Embed an effective key person approach to enable children to form secure attachments.
- Maintain accurate records and accounts relating to children and staff.
- Ensure the safety and wellbeing of every child, staff, parent, and visitor.
- Full and relevant Level 3 in Childcare qualification.
- Over 1 year's experience working in Early Years.
- Sound knowledge of Ofsted expectations to achieve a Good or Outstanding rating.
- Knowledge of the statutory framework for the EYFS and regulatory requirements.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
