Assistant Headteacher

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Assistant Headteacher to join our Senior Leadership Team at Sladewood Academy, part of SAND Academies Trust. As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational direction of our school and supporting the development of our students.

Key Responsibilities

As an Assistant Headteacher, you will be responsible for leading and managing a range of educational initiatives, including curriculum development, staff training and development, and student support. You will work closely with the Senior Leadership Team to develop and implement school policies and procedures, and will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of school life are aligned with our vision and values.

Requirements

We are looking for an individual with a strong track record of leadership and management experience, who is passionate about education and committed to making a positive impact on the lives of our students. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work effectively with a range of stakeholders, including students, parents, staff and external partners.
