We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Breakfast Waiter to join our team at Hotel Du Vin. As a Breakfast Waiter, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth breakfast service experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure a warm welcome to our guests
  • Take orders and serve breakfast and brunch dishes to our guests
  • Manage tables and ensure a smooth service flow
  • Communicate effectively with the kitchen and other staff members to ensure timely delivery of dishes
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team
  • Basic knowledge of food and beverage service
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy trays
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including mornings and weekends
