About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Postdoctoral Research Assistant to join our team at the Centre for Haemato-Oncology, BCI, within the Barts and The London School of Medicine and Dentistry. The successful candidate will be responsible for undertaking research investigations in collaboration with and under the supervision of the Principal Investigator (PI) to realise the objectives and development of the research programme.
Key Responsibilities
- Investigate critical survival and proliferative pathways in B-cell malignancies
- Explore EMT-like activation in FL and CLL, assessing promising therapeutic targets
- Contribute to the development of the research programme and its objectives
- Collaborate with the PI and other team members to achieve research goals
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have a strong background in a relevant biological field, with a PhD in a related discipline. You will also have significant research laboratory experience in cell culture, animal work, biochemistry, flow cytometry, and molecular biology techniques. Experience in microscopy, immunohistochemistry, and microscopy image analysis is an advantage.
