About the Role

As a Change Management Lead at ENGINEERINGUK, you will play a crucial part in shaping the future of our company. This role is an opportunity to help drive transformation and growth across our operations.

Responsibilities
  • You will engage with stakeholders to evaluate risks associated with proposed changes and serve as the approval authority for change requests.
  • Assessing operational readiness for change and coordinating all change management activities are key aspects of this role.
  • You will be responsible for creating communication plans, building networks of change champions, and facilitating transitions.
  • Continuously evaluating and improving the change management process to enhance its effectiveness and efficiency is essential.
  • Monitoring the execution of change management activities to ensure alignment with the overall change strategy is critical.
A Day in the Life

You will focus on business objectives daily, developing and implementing change management strategies that align with AMXL goals. You'll find creative ways to make these happen, being part of a team driving major projects to standardise processes and improve operations. Regular contact with senior management and stakeholders will be necessary to define change requirements and update them on status, risks, and impacts.

About the Team

Amazon Extra Large (AMXL) looks after heavy items like furniture and large home appliances. Our team is made up of people across operations, supply chain, business intelligence, and programme management. Everyone plays a crucial role in growing this part of the business.

Requirements
  • A degree is required for this position.
  • Relevant experience leading cross-functional programmes or projects using project-management methodologies is essential.
  • You should have relevant experience in using data or anecdotal evidence to influence business decisions.
  • Leading complex projects with a wide range of stakeholders, including peers and leadership, is a must.
  • Experience working with the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and/or SQL in a professional environment is required.
Bonus

We offer competitive salaries, ranging from $100,000 to $140,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
