Warehouse Operations Manager

A leading wholesaler is seeking an experienced Depot Manager to oversee the efficient operation of their distribution centre.
Key Responsibilities:- Achieve operational performance targets as defined by customer contracts and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Meet financial targets and ensure effective budget control.
- Develop and implement a credible succession plan.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers at all levels.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and team member satisfaction through regular surveys.
- Monitor and improve health and safety records.
- Implement business excellence initiatives and drive organic growth.
- Manage internal and external audits and accreditation.
- Deliver customer and scorecard requirements.
- CPC qualification is essential.
- 8 million budget control experience.
- Union engagement and commercial experience are required.
- Previous experience in drinks and food wholesale is essential.
- Manufacturing retail background is essential.
- 5 years of experience and a university degree or equivalent professional qualifications.
