About the Role

Cineworld Cinemas Ltd is seeking a skilled and experienced Barista and Customer Service representative to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, creating a welcoming store environment, and meeting sales targets.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Acting as an ambassador for Starbucks guiding principles, culture, and values.
  • Becoming familiar with company policies and procedures, including those related to cash handling, security, and health and safety.
  • Maintaining a clean and organised workspace, including regular cleaning tasks.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment and maintain a calm exterior presence during periods of high volume or unusual events.
