Hourly rate: Up to £21.00 per hour depending on experience (Overtime paid at up to £31.50 per hour)

Job Description:

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced HGV Technician to join our team at The Logistics Partnership LLP. As a key member of our workshop facility, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing heavy commercial vehicles to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out routine maintenance and repairs on HGVs, including brake checks, oil changes, and tire replacements
  • Diagnose and repair complex faults on heavy commercial vehicles
  • Work efficiently and effectively to meet deadlines and maintain high levels of productivity
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry developments and technologies

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience as an HGV Technician
  • Strong knowledge of heavy commercial vehicle maintenance and repair
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Valid HGV Technician certification
