About the Role:
Merco Recruitment is seeking a compassionate and patient Registered Nurse to provide high-quality nursing care to residents in a care home setting in Dorset. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with the nursing team to deliver care in line with NMC guidelines, conducting assessments and maintaining individualized care plans. Key responsibilities include reporting health concerns and liaising with healthcare professionals, upholding regulations regarding safeguarding, health, and safety, and demonstrating knowledge of nursing practices, including medication administration.
