Job Description

We are seeking an innovative Procurement Intelligence Lead to elevate our use of data and optimize the Coupa platform. This role focuses on deriving actionable insights from data, creating, and implementing reporting strategies for Coupa, and enhancing overall data-driven decision-making through metrics.

The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker who can seamlessly integrate data insights with Coupa functionalities to drive business excellence and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Analytics: Transform Data into Strategic Insights: Develop and deliver reports that provide actionable insights into business processes, uncovering inefficiencies and identifying growth opportunities.
  • Enable Data-Driven Decision Making: Empower teams across the organization to leverage data effectively by making complex data accessible and understandable, fostering a culture of data literacy.
  • Drive Data-Forward Culture: Promote and facilitate the use of data as a strategic asset, helping teams integrate insights into their workflows to gain a competitive advantage.
  • Innovate Through Data: Integrate internal and external data for advanced industry benchmarking and strategic planning, driving innovative approaches to business challenges.
  • Be the Data Visionary: Develop forward-looking data strategies that anticipate business needs and drive proactive decision-making.
  • Data Lifecycle Management: Steward the Data Ecosystem: Oversee the full data lifecycle-from creation and capture to processing and utilization-ensuring data is effectively managed and utilized for strategic outcomes.
  • Enhance Data Quality: Implement processes for continuous data monitoring, cleaning, and enrichment, ensuring high data quality and reliability.
  • Lead Data Governance: Establish and maintain robust data governance protocols to ensure accuracy and integrity across all data operations.
  • Strategically Evaluate Systems: Assess and optimize system performance to ensure alignment with business objectives and to enhance data-driven decision-making.
  • Strategic Collaboration and Reporting: Be the Go-To Data Expert: Serve as the SME for all data-related questions, providing guidance on leveraging data to refine strategies and improve business processes.
  • Partner Across Functions: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver insightful reports and dashboards that support strategic decisions and uncover new opportunities.
  • Champion Continuous Improvement: Lead initiatives to enhance reporting capabilities and ensure the organization remains agile and responsive to emerging trends and market shifts.
  • Coupa Administration and Content Development: Configure and maintain Coupa system settings to align with business needs, including customizing workflows and approval processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Create compelling Coupa content, including dashboards, reports, and user guides, that support business objectives and enhance user engagement. Develop content strategies that ensure clear communication of data insights and system functionalities.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements within Coupa, implementing system enhancements that align with procurement goals and drive operational efficiency.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to refine the Coupa platform, ensuring it meets strategic needs and supports seamless integration with internal processes.
  • Monitor Coupa updates and new features, integrating them into content strategies to maximize the platform's capabilities and benefits.
