Our client is a well-established business with a strong presence in the UK market. The company is renowned for its commitment to innovation and excellence in the finance sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality financial reporting in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Maintain regulatory compliance across all accounting and finance activities, ensuring the company's financial stability and reputation.
- Undertake consolidation and statutory reporting across regions and group, providing valuable insights for business decision-making.
- Manage the relationship with HMRC, ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations.
- Sign-off internal audit strategy and plan, ensuring the company's financial systems and processes are robust and effective.
- Manage internal stakeholders, reviewing reports and providing timely feedback to ensure smooth operations.
- Support Group Functions in developing their overheads budgets and forecasts, and respond to monthly MI queries.
- Own and maintain tax strategy and application to financial reporting, ensuring the company's financial stability and reputation.
Requirements:
- ACCA or ACA equivalent qualification.
- Proven experience in financial reporting and regulatory compliance.
- Proven technical accounting experience in a similar role.
Job Offer:
- Day rate £550 to £700.
- 4 - 6 month opportunity to work with a dynamic finance team.
