We are seeking a dedicated and seasoned Nursery Manager to lead our team at Kids Planet Turnbridge. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of childcare and education are maintained, while also driving the success of our nursery.
Key responsibilities- Lead a supportive team of childcare professionals to deliver exceptional care and education to children
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and standards, including EYFS and safeguarding
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to drive the success of the nursery
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of care and education provided, making recommendations for improvement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with parents, carers, and external partners

Requirements- Level 3 qualified in a UK recognised early years qualification
- Excellent understanding of EYFS and safeguarding
- Senior leadership experience within a nursery setting
- GCSE or equivalent qualification in Maths or be willing to achieve within 2 years of starting the position
