Data Scientist, Technology Development Expert

Flagship Pioneering is a pioneer in biotechnology, inventing and building platform companies that transform human health and sustainability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and build supervised ML models for active learning and Bayesian Optimization of materials synthesis and performance.
- Combine datasets of multiple fidelities and sources to power data-driven materials discovery.
- Work with infrastructure and automation teams to transfer data and predictions in real time.
Requirements:
- PhD in Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, or related field with strong focus in ML.
- Strong experience in at least one ML framework (PyTorch/TensorFlow/Jax) and robust experience in Python data science ecosystem.
- Experience using AWS services and machine learning integration in experiment workflows.
